The 3-star Apikogen Mori No Hotel Hachimantai, situated only 12 minutes' walk from Appionsen Shirakaba Hot Spring, offers a sauna and spa therapy. The ryokan is a good starting point for Hachimantai's sports attractions, including Appi Kogen Golf Club, which is 2.6 km away.
